Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Identifying
and developing of new markets within the country. - Support
in formulating organizational and strategic plans and building key
alliances - Co-coordinating
and ensuring adequate execution and funding of key strategies, projects
and policies. - Establish
operational processes (process improvement) in the company. - Manage
strategy implementation, in particular regarding timelines - Ensure
quality control of all company output as pertains to customer acquisition
and delivery of service. - Leading
the business development activities of the company - Developing
and deploying winning strategies for excellent service delivery - Developing
strategies for maintaining enduring relationships with existing and
potential clients. - Identifying
opportunities for opening of new business outlets for Company - Supervising
activities of the branches and agency to ensure positive contribution to company-wide
objectives. - Providing
strong leadership for various levels of staff under your supervision
through mentoring and coaching - Advise
the Executive Committee on key planning issues and make recommendations on
important business decisions - Ensure
all Heads of departments in commercial Directorate are fully informed of
operational objectives, duration, monitoring and compliance with key
performance indicators. - Set
operational and/ or performance goals for each department which are
aggressive, achievable and tied to long term goals - Establish
and monitor performance reporting systems. - Monitor
marketingdepartmental performance against performance goals to ensure that
progress is being made. - Ensure
activities comply with organizational requirements for quality management,
legal stipulations, and general duty of care.
Educational
requirements
requirements
- Bachelor’s
Degree in Business administration, Commerce and other related field.
Specialization in Marketing is a MUST.Possession of a Master
degree/professional membership and training in these areas is an addedan
advantage.
Working
experience
experience
- Cumulative
professional experience of 08 and above years heading marketing/commercial
department of a large business portfolio; preferably with insurance or
banking institution.
