SNV,Auction of Used Vehicles

I.
SNV BACKGROUND

SNV
is a not-for-profit International Development Organization. We have built a
long-term, local presence in 38 developing nations in Asia, Africa, and Latin
America, providing innovative solutions in Agriculture, Water, Sanitation and
Hygiene, and Renewable Energy. SNV has been working in Rwanda for more than 35
years to improve people’s livelihoods by strengthening the capacities of public
and private sector organizations.

II.
Expression of interest

The
Netherlands Development Organization, SNV RWANDA, is inviting all interested
people, by the present invitation to tender on the vehicles auction.
Below is the detail of the vehicles to be auctioned:

Interested
persons may inspect the above vehicles at the premises of SNV RWANDA Office
located at Kacyiru / Gasabo, KG 563 St, Queen’s Land House. From 06/11 to
17/11/2017 between 13:30 pm and 16:00 pm

III.
Requirements for the interested buyers

This
tender is open to all interested people
Interested
buyers must submit their offer to the SNV Country Director in sealed
envelope and market “Tender for SNV Vehicle ’’.
The
offer must show the proposed price of the vehicle; lot number,
Registration number, description of the vehicle and year of manufacture.
Please
note that taxes and Duties on all the vehicles, are unpaid, as such bid
winners of any of the aforementioned lots upon payment for successful
bids, is also obliged to settle related taxes and duties to Rwanda Revenue
Authority before vehicle will be released.
Bidders
will only submit their bids written in English, Kinyarwanda or French.
Bids in sealed envelopes must be delivered to the address mentioned above
by 17 November 2017 by 13:00PM. Late bids will be rejected.
Only
the winner will be contacted.
