currently seeking a Training & Facilitation Manager, with a background
in industry, to support a growing Roundtable network in NSW.

providing training in leadership & operational excellence, National
Forums,and International Guest speakers. We are unique in our offering and
after 20 years are still bringing significant value to customers.
With over 50
members and growing in NSW, your expertise will assist in
facilitating Roundtable events, while assisting customers to achieve business
excellence, through our unique training offers. You will enjoy working in a
culture that is focused around driving customers satisfaction and innovation;
the role is stimulating, challenging and most importantly rewarding.
Your Profile
and experience
You will have a
strong understanding of industry in Australia, and the ability to develop
professional relationships with all levels of leadership.You will have a
confident and outgoing personality, enjoy meeting and relating to
customers, naturally curious, enjoy high learning environments and new
concepts. You will be based at home, with regular travel to events, so it is
important you are self motivated, and happy to work autonomously, in a small
team environment.
You will have a
demonstrated background in either; facilitation, training in an industrial
background, along with high literacy and communication skills.
