The successful candidate shall be responsible for generating expected service revenue growth and profit by developing, selling and delivering service offerings to customers. Also, be capable of identifying, training and managing the service providers located in the target markets.
Minimum Qualifications:
Proven skills in developing service offerings based on customer needs.
Experience in developing and delivering technical services through service providers.
Bachelor’s degree in a Technical or Business discipline.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and technical skills.
8+ years experience in service sales and/or service marketing.
Demonstrated knowledge of conducting market research to determine customer service needs.
Ability to travel at least 60% of the time.
