Reporting to Head of Service Operations, your responsibilities as Assistant Manager are:
• Leading and managing the service and workshop operations
• Handle day-to-day frontline and workshop operations which involve monitoring the throughput of vehicles for service and repair
• Supervising a team of both technical and customer service staff
• Oversee the Body & Paint as well as Parts store operations, to ensure objective of achieving customer satisfaction
• Undertake any other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Min Diploma in Engineering, Mechanical, Business Management or relevant qualifications
• Min 5 years of supervisory / managerial experience in automotive industry
• Self-starter with strong technical knowledge and good people management skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
