opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join our team based in
Welshpool.
Reporting
to the Managing Director this role would be best suited to candidates who have
extensive experience within a similar role.
ABOUT
THE ROLE:
The
main duties of the role include, but n

ot limited to:

  • Calling
    customers to source scheduling work.
  • Customer
    service, booking services
  • Scheduling
    service technicians using SAP
  • Entering
    and maintaining equipment cards in SAP
  • Technician
    support
  • Travel
    coordination
  • Manage
    service reports
  • Review,
    develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
To
be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following:
  • Have
    experience cold calling customers to schedule work
  • Have
    service co-ordination / scheduling experience
  • Exceptional
    communication skills, both verbal and written with internal and external
    stakeholders
  • Excellent
    problem solving skills
  • The
    skill to manage a number of tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent
    attention to detail
  • The
    ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Good
    data entry skills, with high level of accuracy
  • Must
    be systematic and will uphold companypolicies and procedures.
  • Ability
    to work autonomously
