The in-house research function within Adamson & Partners plays a vital role in the successful completion of assignments and, with a view to strengthening our team, we are now seeking to recruit a Senior Research Associate to work with one of our European Divisions. The main duties of this role will be comprised of:
• Providing research on prospective clients
• Preparing pitching material and, when appropriate, search analysis
• Assisting in the preparation of assignment specifications for presentation to candidates
• Identifying and investigating suitable candidates using various research techniques
• Making the initial approaches to potential candidates
• Assisting in the preparation of candidate profiles for presentation to clients
• Attending client presentations with the Consultant, mostly overseas
• Assisting in the management of the recruitment life cycle
This role will appeal to high calibre researchers who have at least 3-5 years research experience with an established executive search consultancy. Language proficiency in either French or German would be helpful although not a pre-requisite. Most importantly candidates should posses an analytical mindset, sound judgement and outstanding communication skills. They should also have a strong work ethic and a commitment to attention to detail. Due to the international nature of our business it should be noted that some overseas travel will be required.
