A leading remediation contractor urgently require a senior remediation engineer to operate from their offices in South Wales. The successful candidate will assist in the management of a range of contaminated land/remediation projects.

A leading remediation contractor urgently require a senior remediation engineer to operate from their offices in South Wales. The successful candidate will assist in the management of a range of contaminated land/remediation projects.

Working on a bioremediation project typically you will have responsibilities such as producing interpretative site investigation reports and remediation validation reports, risk assessments, remediation appraisal and design and regulatory negotiations. This position will involve aspects of financial management such as writing proposal and tender documents and liaison with clients and contractors.

Suitable candidates will have an excellent academic background, relevant degree qualifications include BSc Geology, Geoscience or Geochemistry, ideally with MSc Environmental Engineering, Contaminated Land or Engineering Geology.

This position is on a fixed term contract basis with a view to becoming a permanent role.
