Senior Recruiter Job Vacancy in Dublin

In partnership with its client CPL is currently seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter for a permanent role based in Dublin.

The Client:
Our client first opened its doors in Ireland in 1985 with a small manufacturing facility employing just over one hundred people. Since that time, they have grown to encompass four distinct operations at its campus in Dublin, employing over 1,200 full time employees and 700 full-time contract staff.

Role Purpose
To manage the end to end hiring process in one or more subsidiaries, building strong relationships with the business and developing a deep understanding of the talent landscape in assigned area

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies and hiring plans
• Build strong business knowledge and integrate into sourcing talent attraction strategies
• Partner with Hiring Managers and build strong client relationships
• Source candidates proactively, screen relevant candidates, present candidates to hiring managers and provide coaching on talent assessment, make hiring recommendations
• Manages any budget allocation for job board posting and other req based staffing marketing activities
• Interview candidates and apply selection criteria and use of behavioral interview techniques
• Create and present offer recommendations to hiring managers, extend offers, and manage offer negotiations to all internal and external candidates
• Maintains accurate internal and external candidate data real time in staffing systems
• Follows mandated embedded diversity steps in hiring process and meets diversity Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI’s)
• Manages to agreed service level agreement (SLA) throughout process
• Consistently achieves KPI’s including productivity, time to hire and quality of hire metrics
• Partner effectively with Human Resources (HR) partners to manage client relationships and to prioritize hiring needs and requisitions
• Understand local legal situation with regards contracts, visa/ work permits, discrimination laws etc
• Collaborate effectively with internal partners such as Compensation and Benefits, College and MBA Recruiting, Central Sourcing, Diversity, Staffing Marketing, and other organizations and peers as appropriate to ensure a high quality experience for hiring managers and candidates
• Participates in staffing related projects
• Effectively shares candidates across staffing teams by using knowledge of businesses, professions and recruiter relationships
• Contribute as a positive member of the staffing team, supporting team members and assisting others in their success

Skills and Experience:
• 5+ years of related recruiting experience: passion for placing candidates; significant experience identifying, sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing candidates at all levels
• Deep understanding of talent acquisition and its relationship to talent management
• Effective strategic thinking, problem solving, cross group collaboration and oral/written communication skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Ability to understand, articulate and sell the culture and business initiatives
• Ability to deliver results with little supervision in an often ambiguous environment with capacity to effectively manage multiple projects and candidates simultaneously
• Ability to meet standard measurements of success for Staffing such as: attainment against annual hiring plans, diversity goals and cost/time to hire standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
