This position will be responsible for delivering high level designs for Contact Centre applications, including CTI, IVR, and CRM. The incumbent will be required to provide input to the strategy and roadmap for Contact Centre applications involving customer communications for all channels, including voice, chat, web callback, and e-mail.
A key component to this job function is to design and implement integration of all contact channels with other applications in the Contact Centre. This includes integrating with applications such as Customer Relationship Management, Quality Monitoring Tools, Workforce Management, on-line support web sites, and third party reporting tools.
This position is responsible for partnering with the business lines to identify, define, and prioritize key initiatives for the Contact Centre. This will include continued communication with the business lines from concept to delivery.

• Genesys Enterprise Routing and Reporting
• Multi Channel Routing
• Voice recording knowledge
• Solaris and Windows Server 2000/2003
• Networking Fundamentals
• Oracle and MSSQL Database
• Ability to keep up with trends in the communications and contact centre industries and apply them to solve real business problems.
• Ability to effectively influence others to ensure appropriate levels of quality in Contact Centre solutions.
• 5+ years experience in Contact Centre industry.
• Certified Genesys Engineer is a plus.
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field.
