• Actively contribute to the
  development of the company sales, marketing and Administration activities.
• Oversee the timely production of
  contracts internally and progress their status with the client
• Implement ways of maintaining
  relationships with all current and past In-Comm clients.
• Actively support the preparation of promotions,
  exhibition events, road shows etc to attract new clients.
• Create new business leads and organize follow up
  activities.
• Continually review and improve
  company sales literature, company sales presentations and advertising material.
• Actively coordinate with plant to
  ensure quality products are produced and on-time delivery from Tororo to
  Kampala and other regions

• The candidate should hold a
  Degree/Diploma in Sales/Marketing or related fields
• At least seven years’ experience in sales and marketing
• Possess excellent communication, PR & Diplomacy
  Skills
• Knowledge of Customer Service Skills
• Innovator and a candidate who
  can think outside the box
• Coordinating conferences, exhibitions and other
  marketing events.
• Computer literacy skills i.e.
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with Adobe Photoshop a plus
