We are currently looking for a Team Assistant for our SIngapore Representative Office. The position is part time (50%) with flexible working hours.
Team Assistant
Your job duties:
• General office administration as staff travel arrangements, prepare staff travel expense form and arrange payments, keep track of staff holiday and sick-leave, general correspondence, mailing company catalogues and brochures and keeping associated stock and other secretarial services.
• Prepare financial documents, account statements and income tax submittals and coordinate with external accounting company.
• Keep accounting record and report to supervisor, prepare office cost forecast.
• Annual renewal of representative-office licence and other legal issues in connection with the representative-office, office- and apartment rental contracts.
• Support organization of marketing events.
• Keeping stock of office stationary.
Your job profile:
• Able to commence work immediately is preferred.
• Only Singaporeans/PR need to apply.
• Educated with focus on Office Administration.
• Several years of working experience as team assistant or similar position.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Good computer skills – Microsoft Office Applications.
• Capacity for teamwork, strong company commitment.
• Pleasant personality, with strong interpersonal skill.
