Chief Financial Officer
In order to improve service
delivery and financial responsibility for the program,, a qualified Malawian is
being recruited to fill the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Reporting to and partnering with the Country Director (CD), the CFO wills et
the SAFI, CBF and other Nu Skin funded projects financial policies/procedures
while also being an active participant in and driver of the organisation’s
overall strategy. She/he will lead all financial ad
ministration, business
planning and budgeting. As a member of the senior leadership team, the
CFO will work closely with a motivated and engaged finance committee of the
board of directors and also manage lower level financial employees. A
minimum of a BS and ACCA/CIMA, those with an MBA will have added advantage
Since 2007, the School of
Agriculture for Family Independence (SAFI), FUNDED BY THE Nu Skin Force for
Good Foundation has specialised in helping small-scale farmers become
self-reliant. Based on the success of the training, Children’s Brighter
Future was established in 2013 to extend the reach of the training to thousands
of additional farmers by training professional farm agents (Government or
NGO). These two cooperating programs are being refined to assist an ever
growing number of farmers and communities to become self-reliant.
