School-Community
Partnerships for Education (SCOPE) is a four-year USAID-funded project that
aims to foster partnerships between schools and the broader community in a bid
to improve children’s literacy outcomes and is being implemented by Save the
Children.

Companies registered in the Republic of Rwanda to submit a quotation for
supplying the following educational materials:

Requirements

clearance Certificate - Proof
of using EBM invoice - To
provide 3 references for the previous similar contract - A
bank statement/ credit line or bid guarantee showing the financial
capability of your company to supply the requested items within the
specified time. - Fixed
prices must be valid for at least thirty (30) days. - Price(s)
quoted must be firm and inclusive of VAT - Quotations
must be properly bind, signed with an authorized person and stamped - A
firm delivery period must be indicated on the quotation - No
pricing option is allowed. Only one price for one brand/product must be
supplied. - The
tender will be awarded based on the competitive prices, quality and delivery
time.
All
interested companies should come to Save the Children to get the sample
starting from Wednesday 26th July 2017. Save the Children
will only consider offers of the bidders who will have come to see the samples.

quotation should be submitted to save the children in a sealed envelope,
addressed to Tender Committee and be dropped to the tender box at the Reception
by August 7th,2017 at 5:00 PM Kigali Time. Quotations
received after this date will not be eligible for contract award.
