Where
you come in: In this permanent full-time position based in our East Melbourne
office (relocating to Carlton in Q4 2016), you will establish and maintain key
controls to support the effective management of data in the Award Management
System (AMS). You will maintain data accuracy, and coach teams to ensure donor
requirements are understood and compliance requirements are met. You will be
part of our International Programs Department team and report to our
Partnerships and Business Development Manager.

teams to understand donor requirements and comply with reporting
requirements - Liaising
with Country Offices, the Support Services Team and other key stakeholders
to ensure a coordinated approach to award management - Analysing
and reporting on performance
We

attention to detail and analytical skills - Strong
computer literacy, particularly Microsoft suite of programs and financial
systems - Cultural
awareness and experience working with stakeholders from diverse cultural
backgrounds - Experience
working with an Award Management system (desirable)
