Reporting to the MEAL
Manager, the Inclusive Education Data Coordinator will be responsible for
supporting the strengthening of data management systems and other MEAL
processes for the inclusive Education )IE) project to ensure that data
management is consistently and systematically integrated into the
project. She/he will be responsible for providing support to th

project team and Ministry of Education, Science and Technology EMIS in, the
design and development of a database for the IE project, developing and/or
adapting MEAL tools, training staff, communities and partners in key data management
and other MEAL concepts and skills to ensure that data management and other
MEAL processes for inclusive education are consistently and systematically
integrated into the project. She/he will also be responsible for
execution of annual MEAL plans, documenting and disseminating key learnings
from MEAL and research results in support of the project objectives and
outcomes
The applicant should
have Bachelors Degree in Computing, Statistics, Demography or related field
with experience in inclusive education, programs for Vulnerable children such
as those affected by AIDS (OVC) and experience in girls’ education is an added
advantage. She/he would have at least 5 yrs hands experience in
MEALL management and designing maintenance of databases and tools in the
education sector or related development fields, preferably with an NGO
