BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Savana Signatures works in the area of promoting the use of ICT for development (ICT4D). This task is to write a concept paper and a proposal that can be used to solicit for funds to set up a digital ICT4D Community radio Station whose primary aim will be to discuss and develop content on ICT for Development
OBJECTIVE
1. To have a concept paper on the setting up of a digital ICT4D Community Radio
2. To develop a proposal for an ICT4D Community Radio
3. To solicit for funding for the establishment of a digital ICT4D Community Radio
4. To set up and manage a digital ICT4D Community radio in Tamale.
