Sales Rep Organization: Sweets From The Earth
Location: Toronto, Ontario
A Commercial Vegan Bakery is adding to its sales force, and requires a
full-time Sales Rep, who is comfortable working on the phone from our
office, and visiting new prospects. This is a multi-dimensional job
that entails:
• Identifying prospects using a variety of research tools
• Introducing company and product lines to decision-makers
• Assisting new customers in placing initial orders
• Developing and maintaining client relationships
• Organizing and managing SFTE product demos and participating in consumer
shows
• Coordinating with all departments to ensure customer satisfaction
There is ample opportunity to take on additional challenges as the
company grows.
The ideal candidate will be:
• Creative, diplomatic, and cool under pressure
• Comfortable with and experienced in outbound telephone sales
• Organized and process driven, detail oriented
• Experienced in overcoming objections and “closing”
• Capable of working under pressure and solving problems effectively
• Friendly and outgoing, with excellent interpersonal skills
• Customer focused, and adept with CRM systems
• Able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Able to work independently
• Experienced using Outlook, Excel and Word
• As some local travel is required, a car would be an asset
