Job DescriptionUnder the tutelage of an experienced mentor, the incumbent will:
• Provide solutions to meet both internal and external recruitment needs
• Target matching through close and personal follow-up with business partners
• Administer effective recruitment process for external customers
• Conduct essential business visits and presentations to corporate clients
• Execute prompt and efficient service to clients to maintain high level of professionalism/ reputation
• Engage in business development increase market share or develop tier 2/3 relationships
What we require
• A diploma/degree in Business, Arts, Engineering or relevant field from a reputable tertiary institution
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Positive attitude and willing to take on new challenges
• A strong knowledge of market trends
• Effective on the job training will be provided
