To support the
growth and the development of our subsidiary in Rwanda, we are looking for an
IT Manager.
Your
Mission:
Reporting to the
Managing Director,
your mission is to be responsible and accountable for the
smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements,
specifications, costs and timelines. You will supervise the implementation and
maintenance of our company’s computing needs by: Managing information
technology and computer systems, planning, organizing, controlling and
evaluating IT and electronic data operations, designing, developing,
implementing and coordinating systems, policies and procedures, Ensuring
security of data, network access and backup system, Acting in alignment with
user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy,
Identifying problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time, Audit
systems and assess their outcomes, Handle annual budget and ensure cost
effectiveness of all IT systems.
Your
Profile:
From higher
education (University) majoring in Computer Sciences, You have 3-5 years of
significant experience as an IT Manager. You know how to manage a team, you
speak French and English, you are dynamic, innovative and responsible.
