Terms of reference for the recruitment of part time
trainers

In order to deliver on its mandate of capacity
building through training RMI would like to constitute a pool of part time
trainers it will use in executing the related activities. The candidates are
requested to submit their detailed CVs and Degree Copies and testimonials of
their experience.

All experts must fulfil at least the following
requirements:
  • Holding a PhD or at least a Master’s degree
    with 5 years of experience in his / her field of expertise; or a
    bachelor’s degree with 10-15years of experience in domains of RMI focus,
    and considerable expertise including having published articles, books, or
    conducted training service(s).
  • Having on their records a training experience
    acquired in high learning institutions and excellent research and
    analytical skills.
  • Have a sound knowledge (possibly practical
    experience) of developing or implementing projects focused on capacity
    building through training
  • Computer literacy compulsory and mastering
    commonly used software including Microsoft office package.
  • Demonstrate very good oral/written
    communication skills especially regarding text drafting (in English and
    French).
  • Experience in resources management, leadership
    governance and andragogy would be an added value
  • Having an international experience is an added
    value

requirements and willing to be part of the pool of part time trainers can apply

office at RMI-Murambi campus not later than January 30th, 2014. 
N.B: the
selected candidate should be ranked for each domain according to their
education and experience and the ranking should determine the priority in
choosing the expert to be given the contract during the implementation.
