Rwanda Environment Management Authority (REMA) would like to announce the
following vacant positions:
UNIT: Research Environmental Planning and Development.
1. job Title: Resources Mobilization Officer (1).
Reporting to: Head of Unit.
Requirements:
• The applicant should have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance
with special expertise in Project Planning and Management or related fields;
• Masters in Environment and/or Natural Resources .Economics will be an added
advantages;
• A minimum of three years’ experience directly related to project development,
planning and management in the environment and natural resources field;
• Good knowledge of resource mobilization strategies;
• Good negotiations skills;
• Good knowledge of French and/or English. Knowledge of both languages will be
an advantage
Interested Candidates for the positions must fulfill the said conditions above
and fill an application form available on the website of the Public Services
Commission (www.psc.gov.rw). The filled application form shall be accompanied
by an application letter addressed to the Director General of REMA, P.O. BOX
7436 KIGALI. Photocopies of the required degree and identity card of the applicant.
The package should be deposited to the recruiting institution within a period
of five(5) working days starting from 09/9/2013 up to 13/9/2013 at 4.30
pm at the reception of REMA, i NYOTA HOUSE or send it through on line.
