Rwanda Broadcasting Agency (RBA) has been promulgated
by the Law N°42/2013 of 16/06/2013. It establishes a new national broadcasting
origination, focused on delivering a level of excellence and service in the
broadcasting industry. The new RBA staff will need to show aptitude to manage
complex and fast moving operations. They will have proven ability in their
specific area of expertise, already displaying the ability to deliver
prod
