Responsibilities:
Human Resource Management
• Define the policies, practices, system and maintaining the workforce performance
• Employee Motivation – recognition and reward, implementation of Actions to improve employee job satisfaction and motivation
• Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives
• Oversee the evaluation, classification and rating of occupations and job positions
• Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of HR professionals to ensure that the organization’s human resource strategy is implemented effectively, consistently and according to established guidelines and budget
Compensation & Benefit/Employee relations
• Analyze and modify compensation and benefits politics to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements
• Plan, direct, supervise and coordinate work activates of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations
Requirements:
• Degree in HRM, Business Administration
• Positive attitudes/ Drive for result
• Good interpersonal, management and decision making skills
• 8 – 10 years experience in relevant field
• Strong Business acumen
