Responsibilities:
• Compile statistics on handing over inspection.
• Conduct handing over inspection for completed blocks with acceptance standard.
• Record defects and comments precisely and clearly.
• Adopt systematic approach during all the inspection.
• Maintain consistency in the inspection.
• Conduct thorough check and ensure all major defects are identified.
• Conduct handing over inspection to the common area & precinct works.
• Conduct construction audits.
• To highlight quality issues and carry out quality improvement studies.
• To conduct study and propose suitable measures.
• To take and carry out instructions including administrative tasks from the SO Rep.
Requirements:
• Able to commit immediate!
• Min. Diploma in Civil/Building/Construction.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the building construction industry.
• Experience in building construction.
• Able to speak and write in English.
• Possess and demonstrate a track record of being a Team Player (not restricted or limited to their individual discipline) with an ability to contribute to the Team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Microsoft Assess and Personal Digital Assistant (PDA).
• Good interpersonal skills.
