II. JOB SUMMARY
The Program Manager is responsible for the
overall coordination of the program across Rwanda and project offices. In
collaboration with the Country Manager, s/he has a special focus on maintaining
a high program quality and a coherent monitoring and reporting system,
enhancing staff monitoring capacities, documenting program strategies,
processes, experiences and lessons learned; disseminating findings from
monitoring, evaluation exercises and various program experiences.

Line of contact with children and young people
Post holder has a medium contact with
children and youth in program areas in Rwanda frequently, and with RTP Project
Officers, Coordinators, Assistants as well as Volunteers coaches/coach
trainers. The incumbent will be subject to Right To Play’s Child Protection
Policy.
