chef Archan Chan to create innovative Chinese food using both classic and
modern techniques.
With excellent
exisiting supplier relationships, an in-house butchery program, internal and
external training and the support of a large team of industry professionals, we
have the tools required to deliver outstanding food and service, while training
you to be the best chef possible.
