1.Restaurant Managers Required
We are looking for motivated individuals with strong
leadership and managerial skills, and a proven track record for appointment as
Managers
1.1.Responsibilities
•Ensuring operational standards are maintained in the
restaurant
•Managing financials (cash ups, handling floats,
banking)
•Compiling reports for sales turnover and sales mix
•Manage stock
•Handling of workplace procedures
•Providing on the job coaching and mentoring to
team members
•Communicating with customers and resolving queries
•Ensuring a friendly and hospitable restaurant
atmosphere
1.2.Knowledge and Skills Requirements
•Applicants must have strong communication,
organizational, leadership, people and problem solving skills
•Knowledge of relevant labour laws
•Minimum of 3 years experience
•Ability to write and interpret reports/ computer
literate (MS Word, excel, email)
•Well groomed
•Flexible hours including w/e and evenings
•Must have contactable references
1.3.Working Conditions
