1.LIFE DEPARTMENT – Recruitment and Training
1.1.Requirements:
•Charged with the recruitment and training of new life
agents for the organization
•Tasked to research and prepare training material for
senior consultants and conduct training sessions as shall be directed to ensure
continued product and marketing knowledge
for the sales force
•Ideally candidates should have proven experience
of at least 5 years with a sound knowledge of life insurance products and
training in general
2.MARKETING EXECUTIVE/FINANCIAL PLANNERS
2.1.Requirements
•The position is for life consultants ready to be
exposed to a wide range of financial products primarily offshore and personal
financial, retirement income and annuities
•Ideally candidates should have marketing or
selling experience and show willingness to learn and target specific segments
•Minimum qualification: COP
•Driver’s license essential and candidates with own
vehicle will be given an added advantage
3.TEAM LEADERS – FRANCISTOWN
3.1.Requirements
•To be allocated junior consultants to manage,
train both theory and field
•The position require people willing to travel
•Candidates should have minimum LIC/COP
qualification
•Driver’s license is a must
•Remuneration: commission plus override
4.SALES CONSULTANTS-FRANCISTOWN
•To market life insurance
•Minimum qualification O’Level plus COP
•We will better any commission scale for
persistence above 80%
•Usual fringe benefits plus commission
