Restaurant Supervisors
Main duties to include:
Maintain high standards of service and customer care in the restaurants
Plan working schedule for waiters
Ensure stock taking and maintenance of restaurant equipment
Supervise and ensure proper billing is completed
Banqueting Sales and Marketing Representative
Main duties to include:
• Undertake daily prospecting of clients with a view to obtaining outside catering functions
• Responsible for bookings, confirmations, billings, generating proposals, quotations and contracts
• Supervise food and beverage service at outside catering functions
Qualifications
• Food and Beverage management certificate from a recognised Institution
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position
