Research 4 Results is a social and commercial marketing
research agency assisting managers to identify priorities (targets, behaviors,
services or products), understand their target groups (needs, beliefs,
barriers, motivators, catalysts) & evaluate effectiveness (before, during
or after campaign or activity)
1.RESEARCH ASSISTANTS
1.1.Job Summary
Collecting, processing,
AND/OR analyzing quantitative data, General office duties. Reporting to the
Assistant Research Manager
1.2.Qualifications and Experience
•Degree in a relevant field (Social Sciences,
Public Health)
•At least 1 year experience successfully executing
any of the aforementioned.
•Fluency in Setswana and English, other local
languages strongly preferred.
1.3.Key Performance Areas
•Quantitative and qualitative data collection
(including leading small group discussions, conducting one-on-one in-depth
interviews and close-ended surveys), ensuring study is conducted according to
prescribed technical and ethical guidelines.
•Quantitative data entry, data cleaning, data
preparation
•Translating and transcribing qualitative research,
coding data and basic analysis
•Maintaining records, databases and other general
office duties
•Performing any other duties as may be required.
2.ASSISTANT RESEARCH MANAGER
2.1.Job Summary
Project management and quality assurance for social
and commercial marketing behavioral studies (qualitative and quantitative
methods)
2.2.Qualifications and Experience
•Degree (masters preferred) in a relevant field
(Social Sciences, Public Health)
•At least 3-5 years successfully executing all
aforementioned tasks
•Advanced knowledge of SPSS, Excel, Word, &
Power Point. MS Project a plus.
2.3.Key Performance Areas
•Develop research study designs and questionnaires,
conduct qualitative and statistical analysis, prepare research reports and
disseminate.
•Training and contracting of temporary interviews,
data processors, and analysis
•Fieldwork supervision: ensure that sampling,
interviewing and ethical procedures are followed and data capturing is complete
and accurate.
•Build the capacity of the research team in data
quality and overall efficiency
