REQUEST
FOR QUOTATION FOR THE REHABILITATION AND RENOVATION OF CHILD FRIENDLY SPACES
(CFS) IN MAHAMA REFUGEE CAMP

Save
the Children International, Rwanda Country Office is pleased to invite
prospective Bidders to submit a quotation in accordance with the requirements
and process as set out in this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Rehabilitation
and Renovation of 9 CHILD FRIENDLY SPACES (CFS) in Mahama I refugee camp located
in Eastern Province, Kirehe District.

Your
quotation should accompanied by the following:

Certificate
of business registration(Trading License)
Certificate
of VAT registration and show is you have EMB machine.
Certificate
of Tax Clearance
At
least 3 recommendation for the similar construction works done previously
Qualifications
and experience of key site management and technical personnel proposed for
the Contract.
Work
schedule/Time line for the completion of construction works

All
interested bidders shall conduct a compulsory Site visit for construction works
of CFS on 29th May, 2017 in Mahama I Refugee Camp
at 11: AM. A certificate of visit will be issued to all bidders and will
constitute a key document of the bid. The visit will be on bidders’ charges.

Well
presented, properly bound in sealed envelopes and presented in three(3) copies
one of which is the “ ORIGINAL” with the Title and Reference No of the
tender and addressed to the TENDER COMMITTEE should be deposited
in the Tender Box at the Below address not later than 5:30 pm on June 1st,2017.

The
bids must be valid for a minimum of 90 days calendar days from the date of bids
opening.
