Regional Credit Administration Officer
We seeking suitably qualified and experienced candidates from the banking environment to join the Regional Credit Administration Department (with regional coverage) of a bank based in Singapore.
The scope of work is focused on loan administration and loan processing; essentially handling/processing/checking/monitoring of the following :
• Loan drawdowns, rollovers and repayments
• Account opening documentation
• Loan covenants and conditions precedent of the loan terms and conditions
• Credit control matters
• Legal and security documentation
• Fixed deposits and remittances
• SWIFT payments
• Issuance of LGs and SBLCs
• Preparation of reports for management and regulatory bodies and also preparation of audit confirmations
• Participation in credit administration related projects
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years of credit administration experience in a bank
• Regional loan processing experience would be a plus
• Working knowledge of Midas and LoanIQ preferred
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Strong team player with ability to work independently
• Must be open to working flexi hours and on public holidays
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, MS Word and Excel.
