Job Duties
• Conduct interviews for candidates and screening for clients
• Recommendation of suitable candidates to positions
• Business development for new businesses in banking and finance
• Assist clients in their recruitment process by identifying and securing the best-fit candidates
Job Requirements
o Minimum Diploma/ Degree
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
o Fresh Diploma/ Degree holders are welcome to apply
o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
o Outgoing and bubbly, enjoys meeting people
o Able to work well in a fast paced environment and to work well under pressure
o Self-motivated and independent
o Possess effective communications skills
