Location: Bugis
Working hours: 830am to 6:00pm (Mon-Fri)
Salary: $4000-4800 x 13 per annum
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for project management of company’s service delivery, fault management and billing platform
• Responsible for obtaining requirements with stakeholders, coordinating and reviewing users requirements and scope; spearheading and taking the lead in user acceptance tests to ensure that solutions architected by vendor is rolled as per user requirements and project KPI expectations
• Working with external vendors to obtain root cause analysis and resolutions of issues via weekly meetings
• Responsible for tracking project schedules and ensuring that timeframes are met by suppliers
• Vendor management and organizing training for internal stakeholders- to negotiate with vendors to reduce costs
• Representative of Technical Services for process engineering that is led by the Strategic Planning Director to drive new products and services
• Manage the Support Outsourcer for data crunching and loading
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Technical Services Director
Job Requirements:
• Degree holders
• At least 8 years’ working experience in relevant capacity
• Experience in working with CRM systems and telco experience is desirable
• Possesses PMI PMP certification
• Strong presentation, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in working closely with cross-functional teams especially engineering, business and senior management
• Able to speak fluent Mandarin and English as position is required to liaise with Mandarin speaking personnel
• Able to work in a challenging, fast paced and changing environment
• Singaporean or Singapore PR
