JEB Asia is an establish company that in interior fit out and provides a range of commercial interior products to the construction industry including innovative architectural aluminum partition systems, relocatable and demountable partitions, operable walls and decorative aluminum sheet products. Our company is a well known regional business that is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to fill the following position:
Responsibilities:
• Carry out site measurement
• Prepare and review proposal specifications and drawings to determine scope of work, costing structures, and contractual requirements
• Source for suppliers and specialist sub contractors
• Collate price comparison and costing summary
• Project management and documentation including preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, process claims, preparation of final accounts, project cash flows, etc.
Requirements:
• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Construction, Civil Engineering or any other relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Good team player, independent and discipline to meet tight deadlines
• Good contacts with interior designers, architects, developers and building contractors preferred
