Responsibilities:
• You will play a key role in the estimation of project costs, preparation of specification, bills of quantities and other tender documents, resolution of contractual claims and finalization of accounts, as well as implementation of cost control measures.
Requirements:
• Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building or equivalent from a recognized University
• 3 – 5 years’ relevant experience
• Good working knowledge in Residential projects
• Good knowledge of local rules and regulations
• Able to handle take-off
• Malaysians and Singaporeans , PR welcome to apply
