Key Duties and Responsibilities:  
  • Manage a team of
    Employee Relations, Payroll and recruitment professionals at execution
    level
  • Actively
    implement company HR policies and processes in the site.
  • Deliver hiring
    numbers as per manpower projections and cost projections
  • Oversee and
    manage attrition within budgeted levels
  • Manage updated
    personnel files, records and all employee information
  • Actively
    supports corporate teams in terms of data, reporting and other day to day
    information
  • Works closely
    with site head and site level leadership team
  • Interacts
    actively with the clients at an operational level
  • Makes Reports as
    required by the management.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  
  • The applicant
    should have a Post graduate qualification in HR
  • At least ten
    years of minimum relevant experience
  • Possess good
    communication skills and good people management skills.
  • Be highly
    proactive
  • Possess excellent
    networking and influencing skills.
  • Excellent
    decision making ability
  • Hiring TAT
  • Statutory
    compliance Adherence
  • Accurately and
    timely up deduction of Employee database
  • Adherence to
    roll out schedules and policies and processes
  • Employee SAT
