1.Assistant Records Officer

1.1.Main Purpose of the Job
This is non-contract position whose role is to
efficiently carry out the operations of the Records Management Unit and to
ensure that records are securely maintained, properly filed and circulated as
per the Records Management Policy and Procedures and Organisational Standards.

1.2.Qualifications
and Experience

•Certificate in Archives and Records Management
•A minimum of 3 years post qualification experience

2.Database and Network Administrator

2.1.Main Purpose of the Job
To manage the day to day operations of the Board’s
computer facility to ensure the fast, efficient and secure processing of data
and reports, management and integrity of the data bases, and secure access to
network in order to ensure the efficient delivery of information technology
services which will improve customer services by enhancing the efficiency and
productivity of the Board and ensuring the security and integrity of financial
and other data essential for the successful operations of the board.

2.2.Qualifications and Experience
•Degree in Computer science, information technology
or related area but consideration will be given to a holder of an appropriate 3
year diploma

•5 years for Degree holders and 7 years for Diploma
holder post qualification experience in database and network management with
extensive knowledge of relevant operating systems network development and
management and communication systems.

3.Assistant Internal Auditor

3.1.Main Purpose of the Job
This is a non contract position where the incumbent
will be responsible for conducting audits in accordance with the Audit plan and
international Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing
(Auditing Standards) and submit draft reports with findings and recommendations
to the internal auditor.

3.2.Qualifications and Experience
•Degree in Accounting, Auditing or Business
Administration. Plus studying for a professional qualification, such as ACCA,
CIMA, CIA or equivalent and preferably at the final stage of that professional
qualification

•At least 5 years experience in internal or
external auditing, in a medium to large organisation or reputable accounting
firm, respectively.
