Targeted Outreach Communications Officer (TOC)
Driver’s licence, Excellent in report writing and
conversant with computer packages, Technical know-how of Audio visual
equipment, Wider experience in targeted communication project implementation,
diploma in Public Health/Community Development
Supervise TOC assistants in the daily execution of their duties, Develop
partnerships with different community based groups to help create demand for
TOC activities, Accurately and timely report on all TOC activities conducted to
the IPC coordinator, Work with the IPC Coordinator to set objectives and
targets for his/her territory, Conduct TOC shows to mobilise clients for TUNZA
and outreach services, Conduct TOC shows to support franchise and social
marketing activities
