Outreach Team Leader
Responsible for coordinating implementation of RH
mobile an community abased service delivery
Serve as Outreach team Leader for all static an
d outreach family planning
sites, Provide FP services according to PSI Malawi service delivery protocols
during outreach clinics, Appropriately manage and refer complications and/or
adverse events reported during outreach clinics, Filling required monitoring
and evaluation forms, Supervise the outreach team, Provide mentorship and
supportive supervision to static clinic personnel during outreach clinics,
Provide technical assistance to the rest of the outreach team in handling
complicated cases, Successfully demonstrate technical competence during
periodic performance assessments
Diploma in Clinical Medicine with strong surgical skills, Registered with
Medical Council of Malawi and at least 3 yrs f experience in performing family
planning procedures, Experience handing gynaecological cases, Experience in
lost-acting and permanent contraceptive methods desirable, Skills to analyse,
interpret and assist to solve difficult problems arising from the organisation’s
cultural diversity, Be a self starter, effective team player, Must possess and
valid driving licence
