Logistics Officer
Closely monitor stock levels and ensure that all PSI
property is safeguarded, Ensure frequent contact with Mobile Services
Coordinator during outreach activities, To provide the SIFPO Project Manager
with regular detailed reports of products and materials used during outreach
services, M
ake all necessary arrangements for staff accommodation, transport
and supply of materials during outreach activities, Maintain and coordinate
calendar for all outreach activities together with DHO staff and static site
supervisors , Prepare service delivery packages with supplies for outreach
service delivery teams
Be self starter, effective team player and demonstrated verifiable
result-oriented track record, Facilitation and negotiation skills, Good oral
and written communication skills, Good experience in working with different
teams, Good inventory and logistics management skills, Professional Certificate
in Supply Chain Management and/or Administration and 2 yrs experience in a
supervisory position
