Our client is a
leading commercial construction and offi
ce fitout & refurbishment company
with a National footprint and 20 years experience in the
Industry.

Due to recent growth
after our appointment of a Snr Estimator our client is now looking to
appoint an estimator who specialises specifically in commercial
construction estimating to join this successful team based
in Chatswood.

About the
Role

As an experienced
Estimator you have worked in a similar role within the commercial construction
sector for a minimum of 3 years. Projects will vary from $500k –
$15mil so your portfolio should reflect similar scope and exposure.

Duties and
Responsibilities :

• Competent with
  interpreting plans and delivery of unique, quality design
  solutions to clients
• Prepare
  scope of works based on client tender request & expectations
• Prepare adequate & accurate
  quotes
• Ability
  to multi task & meet deadlines consistently
• Use of
  excel & buildsoft software
• Prepare
  & deliver any necessary revisions
• Work
  with internal stakeholders & departments to organise materials,
  production & other requirements to maintain project progress
• Deliver
  premium customer service to clients seeking value add, quality outcomes at
  all times
• Self
  managed, organised & able to juggle heavy work load
• Support
  the Snr Estimator as a 2IC and offer support to the Jnr estimators

Formal
Education :

Trade certified in
Carpentry / Joinery or a degree in Construction Management is desirable.
