The role will be reporting initially to the Change Lead and may have responsibility for up to 2 staff. You will be working largely on managing local projects across the operational areas of a shared service function, undertaking business analysis and driving activity. Projects range from technology implementations, business transformation, new product implementation and regulatory changes. You will also be managing relationships with change and operational manager throughout the operations.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in business change and change management within the investment/corporate banking industry and possess a good understanding of system implementation lifecycle methodologies, in particular at the analysis and design phases; experience in business process reengineering and regulatory requirements is also required. Experience of settlements, reconciliations and transfers are of particular interest to our client.
