Managing our Wholesale Line Rental and Carrier Pre-Selection accounts, you must be first point of contact for the resolution of rejections. You will support Sales on all customer requirements, order form completion and new projects within European Indirect Voice (EIV). As you identify problems, you will help with process improvement and offer support for key customer changes following sales.
Attending customer meetings and representing the EIV, your focus on customers will help you to understand their expectations and to see issues from their perspective. You should be able to multitask, resolving issues within set lead times, identifying improvements and solutions and managing and monitoring reports. Having customer service experience, you should also be a natural presenter. This role is ideally suited to someone who is looking for their first project management role within a small team.
