ds, a senior plaintiff Insurance Lawyer is required to take a lead
role in the management and growth of this Perth based Personal Injuries
practice.
Managing your own caseload of files, you will deal directly with injured
workers, government employees and individuals on a range of motor vehicle,
compensation and liability personal injury claims. Working in a small
team environment, this hands on role will see you responsible for the provision
of strategic client advice, court document preparation and all mediations,
court hearings and appearances, as you manage claims through to settlement.
With a client focused approach and dedication to achieving early settlement for
clients by employing alternative dispute resolution techniques, you will be
immediately responsible for supporting the firms existing client base and over
time, encouraged to build and develop your own practice.
As the ideal candidate, you will require 5 years + experience in personal
injuries, the proven ability to work autonomously, mentor and supervise junior
lawyers and proactively generate new clients. Technically strong, you
will possess excellent negotiation skills, empathy for your clients and a solid
work ethic.
