Responsibilities:Manage a big-scale commercial building to ensure that the service level, operational efficiency, cleanliness and security standards are met.
Responsible for property management of the satellite properties controlled by the Group.
Responsible for the administration of all contractual obligations for all maintenance contracts.
Planning and organizing of preventive maintenance for all building services, attending to the service requirement of the tenants, review of contract specifications to ensure cost effectiveness.
Responsible and supervise a team of property management staff, and service contractors.
Liaise with government authorities and consultants on regulatory requirements.
To champion adhoc projects as and when required.
Requirements:
Recognized Degree holder in Estate Management/Property/Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
At least more than 5 years hand-on experience in estate/property management, preferably in managing large retail/residential/commercial buildings.
Those with knowledge of M&E equipment and who possess a Fire Safety Manager’s Certificate will have an added advantage.
Good business acumen, strong managerial leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Independent, resourceful, self-motivated, result-oriented and a team player that is able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin for liaising with China Vendor
