Product Care Association is recruiting for a Field and Logistics
Service Coordinator position based in the Surrey/Delta.

manages recycling programs across Canada and in the US. We are proud

The successful candidate should be an enthusiastic and committed
individual able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where
multi-tasking is a must. This position will require a significant
amount of time, travelling within, but not limited to, the province.
The Field and Logistics Service Coordinator position includes but not
limited to:
• Collection site visits/inspections.
• Provide and assess training to collection sites including but not
limited to in person training, development of training
processes/procedures/guidelines.
• Developing, establishing and improving collection network for
various programs, including collection event management.
• Manage and maintain collection site equipment.
• Liaise with local governments and service providers.
• Source and manage a network of service providers that deliver
support services, and freight movement services in a cost efficient
and effective manner, in support of all program operations across
Canada.
• Investigate and develop new options for collection and
transportation that drive cost reduction and increase efficiencies.
• Develop key performance indicators for logistical performance,
generate reports, monitor performance, perform trend and data
analysis.
• Assist operations department in the day to day activities, in
support of the programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, experience, and
qualifications:
• Post-secondary education in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in
transportation/logistics and/or operations.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing operations, recycling industry,
and/or supply chain logistics preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment.
• Highly organized and detail oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Access, Word.
• Valid driver license and vehicle.
