RESPONSIBILITIES:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct
an efficient proportionate and effective case investigation and case
progression process; - Delivers
excellent customer service to stakeholders; - Ensure
that in his/her activities, he/she follow and respect all investigation
procedures; - Continually
review evidence, allegation and key factors of the case through the
investigation process ; - Identify
risks and complexity within the case on regular basis and ensure
advice is taken and documented from the appropriate professional; - Prepare
weekly and monthly report as he/she will be required; - Any
other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
