validation through series of content and face validation, criticism and
correction. The corrected instrument was subjected to reliability test using
the test-retest method. In this method, the questionnaire was administered to a
segment of the population and the process was repeated. The two results
obtained were subjected to correlation test to confirm that the instrument was reliable.
